The rules for using autoPricely.

autoPricely is a competitor price monitoring and dynamic repricing tool for ecommerce stores. We fetch publicly listed competitor prices from URLs you provide and apply the pricing rules you configure to your own products.

We only work with the ecommerce data needed to run the service: product information, aggregate order totals, your store URL, the API credentials you provide, and the competitor URLs you add.

We do notimport or store your shoppers' personal information, payment card numbers, billing details, or order line items linked to individual customers. Full detail is in our Privacy Policy.

The product is currently in beta. This means:

• Features may change, break, or be removed without notice.
• Service availability is not guaranteed and downtime may occur.
• The product is provided free of charge during the beta period.

When autoPricely launches commercially, beta users will be automatically moved onto a Grandfather Plan, a permanently discounted package available only to users who took part in the beta. We will share details before any paid plan takes effect, and you will never be charged without explicit consent.

You agree that:

• You own, or are authorised to manage, the store you connect.
• The store credentials you provide are valid and authorised for use with this tool.
• The competitor URLs you add are publicly accessible pages, and you are responsible for ensuring such monitoring complies with those sites' terms of use and applicable law in your jurisdiction.
• You review pricing rule outputs before they impact live sales; you can pause repricing at any time.

Use autoPricely only for lawful purposes. You may not use it to break into systems you do not control, overload third-party sites, resell the service, or attempt to reverse engineer it. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

autoPricely suggests and, when you enable it, applies prices based on the rules you set. You remain responsible for the prices shown in your store, including any set automatically by rules you have configured. Always keep your safety limits in place.

autoPricely is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• autoPricely is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including lost profits, lost sales, mispriced products, incorrect competitor data, scraping errors, downtime, data loss, or third-party actions.
• You are solely responsible for the pricing decisions applied to your store.
• autoPricely is not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or legality of competitor data fetched from external websites.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service, in whole or in part, during the beta period without notice. We may also update these terms; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

You can stop using autoPricely at any time and request deletion of your account and data by emailing support@autopricely.com. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service, violate these terms, or use the tool for unlawful purposes.
