How we handle your data.

autoPricely (referred to in this policy as "we" or "us") provides competitor price monitoring and dynamic repricing for WooCommerce stores. You can reach us at support@autopricely.com.

When you create an account, we collect:

• Your email address.
• A password, stored as a hash by our authentication provider (Supabase). We never see your plain password.

When you connect a store, we collect:

• Your store URL.
• Your WooCommerce API credentials (Consumer Key and Consumer Secret), stored encrypted.
• Product information from your store: names, SKUs, regular and sale prices, stock levels, categories, and product images.
• Aggregate order totals and quantities used by sales-based pricing rules.

When you add competitor monitoring, we collect:

• The competitor product URLs you enter.
• Publicly visible prices we fetch from those URLs.

We do not import, store, or process:

• Your shoppers' names, email addresses, phone numbers, or shipping addresses.
• Credit card numbers, billing information, or any cardholder data.
• Order line items linked to individual customers.
• Any personally identifiable information about your shoppers.

If your WooCommerce API returns data outside the categories listed in section 2, we discard it.

We use the data only to operate the service:

• Sync your product catalogue and stock levels.
• Fetch competitor prices on a schedule and compare them to yours.
• Apply the pricing rules you configure and suggest or push updated prices to your store.
• Send you alerts when something changes (competitor drop, rule triggered, repricing applied).
• Diagnose problems and improve the product during the beta.

We do not use your data to train machine learning models, build user profiles, or target you with advertising.

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties for marketing.

We use a small number of service providers that process data on our behalf, only as needed to run the product:

• Supabase stores your account, authentication state, and database tables.
• Railway hosts our backend services.
• Vercel hosts the website and the application UI.
• Resend sends transactional emails such as alerts and replies to the contact form.

Each provider has access only to the data needed for its function, and each operates under its own privacy and security commitments.

We may disclose information if compelled by a valid legal order. Where the law allows, we will tell you first.

The application uses a session cookie set by Supabase to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site tracking.

All traffic between your browser and our servers runs over HTTPS. Your store credentials are stored encrypted and used only to call your WooCommerce API.

No online service is perfectly secure, but we work to keep yours safe. If we ever discover a breach that affects your data, we will notify you without undue delay.

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. If you want your account and all associated data deleted, email support@autopricely.com from your registered address. We process deletion requests within 30 days.

If you disconnect a store, we keep its data archived for 30 days in case you reconnect, then permanently remove it.

You can:

• Access and update your account information from the Settings page.
• Disconnect a store at any time.
• Pause repricing or change rules from the Rules page.
• Choose which notifications you receive from the Settings page.
• Request a copy or deletion of your data by emailing support@autopricely.com.

The product is currently in beta. Features may change, and we may collect additional diagnostic information to fix bugs. We use that information only to address the issue.

autoPricely is built for business use. The service is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from that age group.

We may update this policy as the product grows. If a change affects what we collect or how we use it, we will notify active users by email at least 14 days before the change takes effect.
